The roster of the Rostov basketball club "BARS-RGEU" is fully formed

The press service of the Rostov-on-Don basketball club "BARS-RGEU" announced the completion of the team's roster.

As a reminder, shortly before the start of the season, a significant number of players left the club, putting the team's participation in the Russian championship in doubt. However, by the end of the summer, Barsy management announced the resumption of competition preparations, and reports of new acquisitions soon emerged.

According to head coach Maxim Grigoriev, the squad was 80% ready, and a couple more players were expected to arrive.

And now, a week before the start of the Super League, the final roster has been announced. Ten players are ready for the 2025/26 season, and the majority of them—eight—are newcomers.

The team will play its first match on October 1 in Krasnodar, where home games will continue until November, as the Rostov sports arena is not yet ready.
